New Holland Greentown in Greentown, IN held their first Open House today in five years, and it was our first Open House with them since acquiring the dealership last August. On all counts, we felt the Open House was a success because we got the opportunity to introduce ourselves to approximately 200 great farmers and families around the community. We felt today’s Open House was a great way for us to showcase to the attendants how we are equipped to deliver excellent service that goes hand and hand with our products.

Our New Holland Logansport location held their Open House today. Despite the very icy roads, roughly two hundred people still came out to celebrate the occasion with a great meal and take advantage of huge parts discounts.

The Rodkey New Holland Open House in Rossville, IN took place yesterday. While the weather was cold outside, there was nothing but hot deals and meals inside. Many great customers came in despite the weather to take advantage of great parts discounts, service specials, and for good conversation over a delicious meal.

Our New Holland Tri-County in Bluffton, IN held their Open House yesterday. With the new 12,000sq. ft. shop to display, this year’s Open House was able to hold 20 pieces of new equipment for display. They welcomed the 250 guests with great products, deals, and a hot meal. From the Kinze clinic they held in the morning, to serving customers at lunch time, to offering great deals in the parts department all day, this year’s Open House was a great one.

On Friday January 30th, New Holland Logansport hosted their annual Kinze Customer Clinic. This was an event that focused primarily on service and features of past and present models of Kinze planters. The event was led by Kinze representative, Jim McGee. Some highlights of the meeting included:
· Communicating the features of Kinze planters and proper adjustments
· Understanding the maintenance needs and wear
· Agronomic concerns
· Metering
· Technology
· Hydraulic Weight Transfer
· More innovative features and products to come
As always, we had an excellent turnout for this two hour clinic. In fact, we had a record crowd of over 90 customers this year! The Wells County Chamber of Commerce and Ambassadors welcomed a 12,000 square foot expansion at New Holland Tri-County at 2675 S State Rd 1 in Bluffton on December 9th. The Straeter family purchased the business seven years ago and they have experienced a large volume of customer and equipment growth in the past 5 years. “We ran out of space with the development of the new, larger, stronger, technological equipment and the required dealer standards have specific machines for repairs,” says Eric Straeter, Group Operations Manager.
“This investment in our company is an investment in our community. We want the community to know that we are partners and will be here for a long time. Our business is not all about the sale, but most importantly the service. We take pride in the ability to work on customer needs and expectations quickly and efficiently,” Straeter says.
The Straeter Family owns a total of 7 New Holland Tri-County stores such as Bluffton, two in Rochester, Rossville, Logansport, Greentown, and Centerville. Ken Mast, Store Manager in Bluffton, has over 27 years of experience in agriculture and sales. “Our business is not just about the farm equipment but we also sell lawn mowers, skid loaders, tractors, and even solar panels. We provide service and parts for municipalities as well. We have a good group of employees and they look out for the best interest in the company and our customer needs,” says Mast.
